The Bradley Research Group is an applied research and decision analytics firm that offers a broad range of operations, marketing, economic and real estate, and travel and tourism research services to both private and public entities. The company serves clients in several areas, including the gaming, lodging, commercial food services, manufacturing, real estate, publishing, financial, consumer goods, higher education, legal, communications, pharmaceutical, and airline industries. In the past fifteen years, Dr. Bradley has conducted over 1,500 gaming-related research projects in jurisdictions throughout the United States, which has required gathering data from over 500,000 casino guests.
Our marketing research expertise ranges from the measurement of consumer attitudes to image and positioning analysis, while our economic and tourism research proficiency ranges from market demand assessment to economic impact analysis. Not only will we work closely with you during the problem definition stage, but we will also assist in strategy development, implementation, and periodic evaluation. At Bradley Research, we believe in creating long-term relationships with our clients and view ourselves as research partners. This has been the key to our continued success.
By combining proven research techniques and state of the art technology, we have established a reputation for attention to detail, responsive client service, and quality results. We help our clients solve information problems by using a variety of analytical techniques, such as opinion survey design, administration, and advanced statistical analysis; focus group moderation; econometric modeling; and financial pro forma design and analysis. Our experience and expertise include a variety of disciplines and encompasses the entire research process. Additionally, we continue to enhance our customer service by offering state of the art methods and advanced statistical analysis. And, most importantly, at Bradley Research, a senior member will always manage your project, not a junior or mid-level analyst.
At Bradley Research, our focus is on delivering actionable results. We provide an interpretive and decision-oriented analysis of your situation based on our research. Our reports always include accurate, reliable information that will significantly improve your decision-making process. As a result of our findings, your company will develop better products and services, better informed marketers, and most importantly, more satisfied customers.
Because of Dr. Bradley’s extensive gaming research experience, he has compiled one of the largest proprietary primary gaming customer databases in the country, which allows for anonymous comparative context for his clients. In recent years, he has also teamed with the University of Southern Mississippi to conduct three comprehensive statewide Mississippi gaming studies with the primary objectives of both determining the net effect of a gaming tax increase on the industry and identifying ways for the state legislature to enhance the business. In conjunction with these studies, he has compiled aggregate Mississippi gaming visitor and casino employee profiles.
The first statewide gaming project was funded by the Mississippi Legislature in 1999, while the second and third statewide projects were funded by the Gulf Coast Economic Development Council in 2002 and 2004, respectively. He has also conducted tourism-related research for the airline, restaurant, and hotel industries, as well as for municipalities such as the City of New Orleans. He was part of a team of academics who were charged with identifying the total economic impact of the BP oil spill on the State of Mississippi, and he conducted a statewide study on moving school start dates which led to a new Mississippi law. Finally, his research on COVID-19 data reporting and analytics has been shared and discussed nationally.
