Private and public sector firms require expert evaluation of both investment opportunities and efficient utilization of resources. It is imperative to reduce your risk by gaining a better understanding of your potential customers, the potential demand for your product or service, and your cost structure. Conversely, it is imperative to understand the market cannibalization effects of a competitor’s entry into the market. Bradley Research can solve your economic-related problems by defining a research method and strategy to meet your needs.

  • Consumer Satisfaction/Loyalty Measurement   -   In today’s competitive business environment, it is vital to enhance customer loyalty in order to increase market share. Thus, it is imperative that a company thoroughly understands its customer, especially the level of satisfaction with its product as compared to its competitors. Our satisfaction surveys consist of conducting primary research to measure your consumer’s level of satisfaction with your company’s product or service attributes. The analysis includes measuring and statistically comparing your consumer’s level of importance about a product or service attribute with your performance on that attribute to determine whether you are performing below, equal to, or above expectations. The attribute performance rating scores are compared on a longitudinal basis and several product/service composite indices are created for categorical comparison. A customer loyalty index is also developed, and trends are monitored closely. Thus, all aggregate attitude shifts are immediately identified and acted upon. Additionally, we create quadrant charts and perform gap analysis to help you prioritize responsive action to enhance customer loyalty. Quadrant charts graphically display importance vs. satisfaction ratings for each attribute, while gap analysis measures the differences in performance and importance ratings.

  • Employee Satisfaction Measurement - Across the spectrum of performance measures, the employee opinion survey offers management the most extensive and penetrating feedback on employee commitment, motivation, and needs. Survey findings indicate how well management is supporting and developing the organization’s greatest asset, its human resources and the intellectual capital they possess. Employee opinions provide management with insight on which to build a strategic plan for positive employee relations--a plan that can directly benefit the bottom line with higher quality customer service, reduced waste, lower absenteeism, and greater teamwork. The results of the survey reveal organizational strengths and, more importantly, areas for development. Additionally, the survey enables you to identify factors that affect productivity and quality of work and gives your employees the chance to participate in the development of a more effective organization. Our employee surveys examine the vitality, cohesion, and effectiveness of the organization at three levels: the organization, the work group, and the individual.

  • Focus Groups - When you are having a difficult time defining the problem, exploratory research is a must. Dr. Bradley will conduct focus groups with consumers or employees to refine the definition of the problem or to probe more deeply about specific issues of importance. Due to his extensive focus group experience, Dr. Bradley will also present underlying themes in the groups and their implications, along with strategic alternatives based on the outcomes.

  • Needs Assessment - It is imperative that you understand what exactly your customers need, want and expect, as well as internal restraints to meeting these expectations. Bradley Research highlights current origins of dissatisfaction and identifies cultural, knowledge and process barriers to being a consumer-focused organization.
